AS/NZS 1163

Cold-formed structural tubes, used for columns, trusses, bracing, handrails and space frames. Dimensions, section properties, AS 4100 capacities and free DXF drawings for all 73 sizes.

Circular hollow sections (CHS) are cold-formed structural tubes to AS/NZS 1163, typically Grade C350L0. Because they have equal properties about every axis and high torsional stiffness, they suit columns, struts, trusses, space frames, bollards and handrails. Outside diameters follow international pipe sizes, e.g. 88.9, 114.3 and 168.3 mm.

**What does C350L0 mean?**

Cold-formed (C), 350 MPa minimum yield, L0 = impact tested at 0 °C, to AS/NZS 1163.
